Epsix is a small, senior consultancy for founders and growing companies. We take the time to understand how your business really works, then give you honest advice and plans you can act on.
Our story
Why we exist.
Too much advice arrives as a long report that nobody opens twice. We set up Epsix to do the opposite.
We keep teams small and senior, so the person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work. We scope narrowly and write plainly. And we measure ourselves by whether the plan is being used six months later, not by how impressive it looked on delivery.
Our clients are mostly founders and owner-managed businesses: people with real responsibility and little time, who need a straight answer and a next step.
The name
Named for the margin.
Our name comes from epsilon, the Greek letter mathematicians use for a small amount: the margin between close and done. It also comes right after α β γ δ, the four stages of how we work.
It is a good picture of the job. You rarely need to change everything. You usually need a few small, exact changes, in the right place, at the right time.
