Terms & conditions.

Plain-language terms for working with us. Last updated 19 October 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Epsix, operated by Legal entity name with its registered office at Registered address in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“Epsix”, “we”, “us”). By accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide business consulting, planning, operations, company setup support, digital and automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for each engagement are set out in a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.

3. Quotes and payment

Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. Unless the proposal says otherwise, we invoice 50% at the start and 50% on delivery of each stage, and invoices are payable within 15 days. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving written notice.

4. Changes in scope

If your needs change, we agree any change to scope, timeline or fee in writing before doing the extra work. We do not charge for work you have not approved.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely access to the people, data and systems we need, and a named contact who can make decisions. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. We sign a separate confidentiality agreement on request. These obligations continue after the engagement ends. We ask for only the data we need and handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law.

7. Ownership of work

Once paid in full, plans, documents, templates and dashboards made for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our general methods, know-how and pre-existing tools, and grant you a licence to use any of these that form part of your deliverables. We will not name you as a client without your permission.

8. Third-party tools

Some work uses third-party software or platforms. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make.

9. No guaranteed results

We guarantee the quality and care of our work, not specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Cancellation

Either side may end an engagement at the end of any stage with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; any fee paid for work not yet done is refunded. If we have not delivered what we agreed for a stage, you do not pay for what is missing.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a proposal applies to that engagement.
