Remote-first, with in-person sessions where they add value. We will agree this at the start.

A fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins, based on the scope. No hourly meter and no surprise extras. For ongoing support we agree a monthly fee.

No. You can stop at the end of any stage. If we have not delivered what we agreed, you do not pay for what is missing.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the quality and clarity of what we deliver, and that we will tell you the truth about what the evidence says.

Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, and we only ask for the data we need.

You do. Plans, templates, documents and dashboards built for you are yours to keep and reuse.

Usually within two weeks of agreeing scope. If something is urgent, say so on the first call.
